Hayward & Company Custom Builders

Hayward & Company is a multi-generational company spanning back to 1971 when one of our family’s patriarchs, Arthur Hayward, started selling and constructing traditional log homes.


Today, Hayward & Company is one of the premier design/build companies in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. As a design/build firm, our Design Team works with you to design the project from site work to finish product. Once the design phase is complete, Hayward & Company’s Production Team completes all construction phases of the project.


Traditional meets Technology…..Hayward & Company utilizes age old traditional joinery with their wood structures but, in turn, use many of the latest building technologies to construct buildings which have high energy efficiency and low operational costs.
